Never stay this hotel again. Medium level but definitely not worth of 5000baht per night. Those small things what I list
new building, near beach road
well, there were some few things which I hope they would do better in future, small things but very important: as checking in it took too much time, about 20minutes. Maybe receptionist were trainees or computers didn't work but absolutely took too much time. If there woul be some kind of welcoming drink or other refresments then could be much better feeling to wait. Also when cleaning rooms they didn't refill drinking water bottles, should give daily new water bottles for both guests. (living two persons in same room but gave only one new water bottle?) Also didn't refill shampoo nor shower gel. And when tried to call receptionists they didn't answer, had to try call four times before contacts.

Well designed, badly maintained, staff with unprecedented in Thailand bad attitude
Great design and a lot of brilliant ideas to make this hotel accommodate more demanding customers.
It's like entering a grim zone. Somebody clearly had a peculiar idea that if staff refrains from smiling the hotel will seem to be more posh. They are borderline obnoxious. The attitude on waiters really shocking especially as for the "land of smile". Check-in and check-out were also quite unpleasant experience. Hotel is well designed, but poorly maintained, many features are damaged and showers is a mould festival. While swimming pool is very pleasant, the roof above it makes sunbathing impossible, which doesn't have to be a bad thing, but could be a warning for some.

Nice hotel only loud noise is annoying at night and shower dirty.
It’s a nice hotel, friendly staff.
Noise from the bars downstairs it’s can be super loud at night. Shower kinda dirty, seem like house keeping doesn’t pay attention to clean that spot much, for 4 stars hotel it should be more clean.
